Jahaad played his final collegiate season at Purdue University as a Graduate Transfer after coming from High Point at the conclusion of his Redshirt-Junior year.
Jahaad is a dynamic guard and pure scorer from each level of the court. During his final season at High Point in 2018-2019, Jahaad averaged almost 20 points per game (19.45) while shooting an efficient 46.5% while also getting to the Free Throw line more than 5+ a game (5.35). He also ended that season with 16 straight double figure scoring games while being named second-team All-Big South and the Big South Scholar Athlete of the Year. He was also named second-team All-Big South the previous year in 2017-2018. During this season, Jahaad was also honored as a member of the NABC All-District (3) second team. During the 2017-2018 season, Jahaad was named Big South Player of the Week three times (11/13/17, 17/17/18, 11/26/18).
Jahaad, son of Joseph and Antoinette Proctor, was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He has one sister, Sabre, who plays basketball at Stony Brook and has a daughter, Jolene. Jahaad attended Harrisburg High School where he holds the career scoring record with 1,689 career points and was named all-state three times.
Jahaad earned his Master’s Degree from the Purdue University School of Technology Leadership and Innovation in 2020.
